School Hair cut

Well, Let me just tell you I remember when I went into the 6th grade, at Salk elementary school, in Mesa, AZ. I don't know that I as a mom an ready to let my only daughter go on. She is becoming a preteen and I am not ready to except the fact that she is growing up right before my eyes and I don't like it. She is becoming such a beautiful "LITTLE" girl.
Anyways, I new that she needed a change in hair style so I new exactly who to call TINA. She works magic. Look at what an awesome job she did. And it will be easy for me and Taylor to do. YEAH.

School

I finally found a school that I can enroll all four of my kids into. Yes four even Daxton, he is starting pre-school. I can't believe it three days a week I will only have one kid at home. Kinda weird what will I do with my days. Guess Devin will really be able to say that I just sit around eating bonbons. Guess that is why I have been gaining so much weight. Anyways so excited that Daxton will be getting the help that he needs for speech. I kinda enjoyed the quietness around the house. But now that he is starting to talk finally it isn't so quiet around here and my sweet little angel has turned into the terrible two year old. Makes me cry sometimes.

Devin's Family Reunion

Wow, another year has already gone by. Felt just like yesterday that we were at his reunion, but guess it was last year hahaha. Well Devin's mom is from Taylor, AZ. So of course the reunions are up north, nice cool weather. We went up Friday after Devin got off work. Then Saturday headed over to Showlow to a relatives property. There is a lake and a couple of marshes. The kids like to go searching for frogs and the other families like to fish in them. Then the kids were able to play in the big lake and jump off the floating wooden raft. They have a blast. All the grandma's are a complete wreck but guess they will always be around water.

Then after the reunion we headed back to the Taylor house and we laid on blankets and watched the Dads throw a Frisbee around, while the kids tried to play keep away from the dads. Well lets just say it wasn't a fair game. Then I got my bright idea to get kid pics near the sunflowers. Well they weren't that professional but cute. You can tell they are sick of mom snapping shots every ten minutes. I am not that bad but well close. Then we got lots of cute ones with the cousins. Can you tell Aeden is spoiled.

Well, it was a nice and relaxing weekend. Fun to get together with extended family and his brother and sister in law and their kids. Can't believe how old the girls are getting turning into beautiful young woman. Makes me wanna cry.

The Memory Game

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Golfland Sunsplash

Well, Devin decided that since I always have to work I would take a night off, Sorry Sam. So we went to eat and Golfland for miniture golf. Devin won by ten points we are sad. He kicked our butts and since my mother in law was up north and Frank was single we invited him to tag along. That was fun.

Work

Well for those of you that didn't already know I went back to work again. Well if you call it work. My sister in law has been working at a local gym in the daycare. So I thought that I would go and try and help out with debt, and also get me and Devin a free gym membership. The best part about my job is I can take my kids with me so I don't have to pay for a babysitter. I do try and leave them as often as I can either with their father, yeah or with Taylor. Now that she is getting older and ready to start watching other peoples kids, I am trying to prepare her. So if it is only for an hour or two I leave her in charge of the boys, Not Aeden of course. Not that daring yet. I just have to give up my cell phone(which she thinks that is the coolest part is she is in charge of my cell phone lol!)
Anyways, I decided that I would start working out and try and get back into shape. Well, over that past three weeks my stomach has been bothering me. I actually thought I was pregnant. Thank goodness I am not. That kid would be a miracle baby, Devin fixed and we also use other precautions, Just in case. Well after a ton of tests and a few doctor apts they think they found out the problem. Sist's on my ovaries(can't spell sorry). The medicine that they put me on makes me feel even worse than before but supposedly it will fix the problem and get me back to normal. Lets pray it does never really had any medical problems before and not looking forward to any now.

Home Remedies

I just had to post something different. My mother in law always has these CRAZY home remedies that sound so off the wall but as crazy as it is they really work. So I thought that I would share them with you and please share yours.

1. Putting Vicks Vapor Rub on the bottom of your feet (put socks on your feet so the vicks doesn't make a mess) for when you have a cough.

2. Cornstarch, when you have any type of rash it helps take it away and helps keep it from coming back. I use if for myself and on my babies for their diaper rash. When it is so bad that they are bleeding. The creams don't stick to their little bottoms but the cornstarch does and it helps protect it from the next time.

202 Freeway

North 202

Well, on my way home from work saw a bunch of cars parked on west side of freeway. And of coarse since I am nosy I checked it out, to find out that they had opened it up to let people ride bikes walk and well basically anything that you wanted to do on it. By the time I got home and got the boys(Taylor was with friend) and dragged Devin down there the fun was over. But we snuck in for a nice exercise. The boys thought it was fun to check out the swat vehicle and all the traffic that was bumper to bumper on one side of the freeway trying to get out. The vendors were packing up and they were trying to get everyone out. The little fun I think was worth it. An experience we most likely will not get to repeat.

Cheap Night Out

Wow, been a long time since we were able to get out on the night for under $100.00 with all my kids. Well, Devin heard on the radio that there was a free concert at Tempe Marketplace, we were all over that. It wasn't the kind of music that I would of loved to go listen too. But the kids sure had fun. We also walked around the Mall, and got Cold Stone ice cream. And drooled over the fun stuff we would love to afford to buy. then we let the kids strip down to their shorts and play in the water. They loved it. The water felt good since it was still 100 deg. outside after dark. We also went with our good friends Jared and Arleen and two of their kids and the kids just played and played hard. Was nice to let them play in the water. Just a great night to play play play for really cheap.
