Family Reunion

Well had another camping trip, This time it was really nice during the day and we froze our BUTTS off at night. Aeden didn't sleep at all the first night. And I had the worst headache because I was so cold. But then I got a nice nap and then the second night was better. Taylor slept with her cousins in their trailer, so we used her sleeping bag on top of us and it was much warmer and so we slept like a good baby, hahahaha.

We went up by strawberry, next too a nice big open field so the kids could play pretty much anything. My family gets together once a year and usually camps. Lets just say the adults are way over powered by kids. But its nice because there are more older kids to keep the younger ones happy. We always have the usual dirty face and someone always leaves with a bruise. Well this time as usual Daxton always had the dirty face and this time Aeden had the bruise. He is getting active since he started crawling and he crawled right off the front seat of the car and right past his dads arms. Dad felt horrible. But won't be the last time he gets a bruise if he is anything like his brothers and don't forget big tomboy sister. hahahaha. Was fun but next time we will not go that far up the mountain this early in the summer.

I had free time on my hands so we found it at Kmart. So he got his present early. But that's ok I got mine early too. And mine was much better hahahahha.

If you haven't had the chance to play the game you must it is hilarious to sing and watch people get frustrated with the drums or guitars and well just a fun game to laugh at people hahahaha. Here are some pics

Settled in

Wow, I remember now how much I hate moving. We probably have one more car load left at our old place. Been really hard leaving behind our first home. But hopefully the road ahead will get better for us.

Well, We had a real bad scare yesterday. We hadn't transferred our home security system over too our new home. And Monday morning we got a call from our security system letting us know that our sensor for the front door was going off. Needless to say we didn't live there and the door was dead bolted on Saturday when we left. So the cops were called out and didn't get there for an hour. Thank goodness everything is OK. And not much too take except the quads, but I grabbed the kids and ran out there. Then Devin met me out there with a trailer and we grabbed everything that we could and prayed that the house will still be there in one piece next time we come back. There has been three or four other break ins just on that one street in the past two weeks. My friend had her home completely vandalized. So sad they weren't living there but in the middle of a contract to sell it. Prayers are with you guys.

Anyways, good luck for the Magic Ranch area, HAHAHA what happened to this world, why can't people just leave everyone else's stuff alone. That would be really nice.

Memorial Weekend

Wow, Can't believe it is finally over. I want to first tell my in laws THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the four kids for five days too Taylor, AZ. That was a much needed break. Plus with all the stress of moving it was very nice too only have the one kid crying. Actually he did pretty good. Next I want too tell Kevin, THANK YOU SO MUCH, for helping Devin with all the heavy lifting. Man I wouldn't have been able to move the fridge and freezer and couch. I pretty much had to lift everything else. I am so grateful too my dad for letting us stay in his place for the next year. But, I am really sad to let our house go, We are trying to short sell it, HINT HINT!!!!!!!! If anyone is interested, $85,000. Devin has recently put alot of work into it over the last year and sad too leave it all behind but we know it will better our kids future too start our own business and start fresh in Mesa. But will still be doing Girl Scouts with Troop 1085 and will be back twice a month for meetings. So will still be making that nice trek out there.

Happy Birthday Taylor

WOW 11 years old. I can't believe it. She is my baby girl. Well not so much anymore. It makes me so sad that she isn't so little anymore. But I was told that she wouldn't want too be around me much at this age, and proud too say she isn't embarrassed yet of me and dad, thank goodness.
Well she had three minni parties. Her birthday was on Thursday the 15th of May, so since it was a school day she got too take cupcakes too school for her class to sing with her and have fun there. Then that night we took her out too our family pizza joint in Mesa, L.J.'s Pizza. Both Grandpa's and Grandma's were able to come with us.

Then Yesterday for Family home evening we took her too Peter Piper Pizza, for an extended family party. Our kids get parties with friends on the even years. She had a blast. Running around feeling like the center of attention. She had her little glow about her. She was on top of the world. She got her Heely's that she requested and really cute outfit from her Aunt Kasandra, and money from Grandpa and Grandma Dee, and a night out with Grandpa and Grandma Harris. She is already planning next years party, HAHAHAHA. Better start saving our pennies.

Hope she had a wonderful day. We love you Taylor,

Happy 11th Taylor

Pet Snake

Well I compromised and got a corn snake for the family pet. I don't mind the thing but everyone knows mom doesn't touch or have anything to do with "HOBBES". Kids try and get me to touch it and that is a no way. Devin just quit asking after the first two years. Anyways each kid loves to touch it and play with him. Well now that Aeden is older and sitting up up enjoys the way it feels. So Devin put it on him and he thought it was funny.

Family Home Evening

Family Home Evening

Well for Family Home evening we try to do something for Calvin's Scout book. So This past Monday we went out in front of our home and played softball. Let me tell you it was interesting. One we didn't have enough players for two full teams. But we made it work. Then we had Tayton not wanting to play outfield and Daxton running the bases the whole time. He was awesome. Mom was the substitute for everything. Devin was making fun of me because it wasn't able to hit the ball but when it was his turn he couldn't either. We had the kids bats so they were tiny looks easier than it really is. But all in all we played for about 45 minutes and had a good family home evening.

Happy 30th Birthday Kevin

Well, I am going to be putting a few different thing on here today. My computer is finally home and working, Thank you Ryan.

Well, our best fiend Kevin turned the big 30 on May 6Th and well we went jet skiing to celebrate it with him. It was a blast. Wish we could sell the quads and get two of them think the kids would love them, know I would. Went to Lake Pleasant and it was a beautiful day, not too hot but warm enough too keep us from from freezing our butts off.

30th birthday

Well, I feel so stupid, I have had a lot of drama happening in my life right now. But, my sweet husband new exactly what I needed and wanted for my 30th birthday, Great seats to the Kenny Chesney Concert. Now I just want too meet him and then I am set for life. But not sure what I would do if I really did meet him. Probably stand there and say UHHHHHHHH. Besides the fact that he is very good looking, He is an amazing singer and performer. I gotta tell you there isn't one song out of all of his cd's that I don't like. Anyways, I just feel horrible that I didn't blab it too the world or make it more known that I am ex static that I am going. He also got me his newest cd so I can brush up on his latest songs. That didn't take very long. Taylor is so bumbed that she isn't going. Too bad I want my man with me. Anyways, I am so excited, My birthday isn't for another month and a half but since there is only one concert a year and tickets are so expensive haven't been able to go. Kids and Hubby come first. So on May 31st don't call me I won't be answering the phone I will be having the time of my life and soaking in the whole evening. hahahahahahaha

Trusting Kids home alone

I need some parental advise here. As many of you know Taylor is turning 11 this Thursday. Man I wanna cry. Well I keep hearing that other parents leave their kids home alone and they do fine. I guess I am just paranoid. Not that I don't trust my kids but guess that I am scared that when you are in that heated moment are they really gonna know what they are supposed to do. You teach your kids what they are supposed to do in danger, but when it comes down too an actual dangerous situation I get confused and scared and don't react properly just panic. Ask my hubby when our house caught on fire I just panicked and tried spitting on the fire. HAHAHA I was a total mess.

Anyways, Saturday we had to run to the store to finish our Mothers Day gifts, Taylor and Calvin didn't want too go. So I thought about it and said yes. Man I gotta tell you. Both Devin and I were both giving them the run down of what too do and what not too do. They both were saying yes we know and finishing our sentences. We left my cell phone with them and I think we called too check on them 4 or 5 times in two hours.

Thank goodness everything was fine but mom was nervous as all can be. Please tell me when is the age that you start leaving them home alone.
